Built by an architect, taught from real practice
Dhruvr is building one AI for architecture and construction. It is made by someone who does this work, taught from a real practice rather than scraped drawings, and measured against houses that were actually built. The end goal is global; the training is modular; the honesty is non-negotiable.
What we believe
Two convictions decide everything else in the product.
First: a confidently wrong answer about the law is worse than no answer. Every compliance result we give you shows the clause it came from, so you can check it yourself. Where nothing we hold covers your case, we say so plainly instead of producing a number that looks right.
Second: your work should stay yours. We train and own our models outright, and no design or plot document you give the product is sent to a third-party AI provider. For software handling your client's property documents, that is a requirement, not a feature.
The founder
Dhruvr is founded and built by Prudhvi Paruchuri, a practising architect.
That is not a detail. The curriculum DhruvrAI learns from was written by someone who has drawn these plans, submitted them, and had them come back — not assembled by engineers reading a rulebook from the outside. Every judgement encoded in it is a judgement he has had to make on a real project.
It is a solo-founder company by design at this stage, with practising architects checking the output at every step.
Being small is not something we apologise for. It means the person answering your email is the person writing the engine — and every correction an early-access architect gives us lands directly in the product, not in a backlog.
Where we are
Pre-launch, and saying so plainly. Rule checking runs today. The twelve-part architectural curriculum is written in full and the model is being taught through it. The Autodesk Revit bridge writes geometry into a live model today, with the full design workflow next; Dhruvr is a member of the Autodesk Developer Network and builds on the Model Context Protocol. The module ledger shows exactly what is verified, region by region.
We publish our progress as we go in Field Notes. If you want to know whether to trust a compliance tool, we think the honest record is the best evidence we can offer.
