Privacy Notice
Short, because we collect very little — and specific, because the law requires us to be.
1. Who we are
Dhruvr Solutions Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary under Indian law, and the Data Controller under UK and EU law, for all personal data described in this notice.
- Registered office: Plot No. 259, Ayyappa Society, Khanapet, Kondapur, Serilingampally, K.V. Rangareddy, Telangana 500084, India
- Corporate Identity Number (CIN): U62091TS2023PTC177620
- Contact for privacy matters: info@dhruvr.com
Dhruvr Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16164660, is a group company. Personal data collected through this site is held by Dhruvr Solutions Private Limited; Dhruvr Limited does not process it. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.
2. What we collect, and why
We collect only what you type and send us. Each purpose below is separate — we do not bundle them.
| Data | When | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Your name | Contact form | To address you correctly when we reply |
| Your email address | Contact form | To reply to your enquiry, and to set up early access if you request it |
| The role you select | Contact form | To route your enquiry appropriately |
| Your message | Contact form or the message box on our home page | To understand and answer what you asked |
That is the complete list for this website. We do not collect anything you have not typed, we do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify or profile individual visitors. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
4. Spam protection
The contact form includes a hidden field that automated submitters complete and people do not. No third-party spam-filtering service receives your submission.
5. Where your data is stored, and who can see it
Submissions are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. on our behalf, and are emailed to the founder so we can reply. Within Dhruvr, only the founder has access. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or disclose it to anyone else except where the law compels us to.
Cloudflare acts as our Data Processor for hosting and storage. Some of that infrastructure is located outside India.
6. Your project data in DhruvrAI
If you take part in early access, the plot details, briefs and designs you give the product are processed on our own infrastructure and are not sent to any third-party AI provider. We treat that as a requirement, not a feature. We use this material to give you results and to improve the product; if you would prefer we did not use your material for improvement, tell us and we will exclude it.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Early-access project data is kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted within 90 days of you asking us to close it.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
- correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything missing;
- erase your personal data where we no longer need it;
- withdraw your consent, which stops any further processing that relied on it;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
Email info@dhruvr.com and we will act within 30 days. There is no charge.
9. Complaints
If we have not resolved something to your satisfaction, write to our grievance contact at info@dhruvr.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Security and breaches
We keep access to personal data limited to those who need it, and we rely on encrypted transport for everything sent to this site. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and the Data Protection Board within 72 hours, as the Rules require.
11. If you are in the United Kingdom or the EEA
This site is aimed at architects and construction professionals in India, and we do not currently market to the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. If you contact us from there, UK GDPR or EU GDPR may apply to that contact, and we handle it as follows.
Our lawful basis. We rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) to reply to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us, and on consent (Article 6(1)(a)) where you ask to join early access. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights. In addition to the rights in section 8, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, ask us to restrict processing, and request your data in a portable format. We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
International transfers. Personal data you send us is processed in India, and on Cloudflare infrastructure that may sit elsewhere. Where data leaves the UK or the EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers, together with encryption in transit.
Complaints. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your national supervisory authority in the EEA — though we would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
Representative. Because we do not target individuals in the UK or the EEA, and our processing there is occasional, low-risk and involves no special category data, we have not appointed a representative under Article 27. We keep this under review, and will appoint one before we begin marketing in either region.
12. Children
This website and DhruvrAI are intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
13. Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
