Where the answers come from
Compliance answers do not come from the AI's judgement. They come from published building rules that we have read, encoded and checked line by line against the source document — then the result is shown to you with the clause attached, so you can verify it yourself in a minute.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. An AI asked for a permissible floor area will always produce a confident-looking number. If that number is wrong and it reaches a submission, it costs you a resubmission and your client's trust. So we built the checking as something separate and verifiable, and we show our working every time.
What happens when we do not have a rule
Coverage is never complete, and a tool that pretends otherwise is dangerous. Where nothing we hold covers your situation, you are told exactly that — a clear, named gap rather than a plausible guess. Every gap also tells us what to encode next.
Your work stays yours
We run our own models on our own infrastructure. Your plot, your drawings and your client's documents are never sent to an outside AI provider. For software handling property documents, we treat that as a requirement rather than a feature.
Where things stand
Rule checking runs today. The twelve-part architectural curriculum is written in full and the model is being taught through it. Drawing export works in Dhruvr Studio, and the Autodesk Revit bridge writes geometry into a live model today. The knowledge list shows exactly what is encoded, region by region.
